|TITLE||Categorification of quantum groups using quiver Hecke algebras|
The quiver Hecke algebras (or KLR algebras) were introduced independently to give a categorification of quantum groups and their irreducible highest weight modules. Those algebras can be viewed as a vast generalization of Hecke algebras of type A in the direction of categorification. The quiver Hecke algebra has become one of the main research themes on quantum groups in aspect of categorification. In this talk, I explain this categorification of quantum group using quiver Hecke algebra and review recent developments in this area.
